Shipping & Delivery

  • All standard orders are shipped via Yodel at a flat rate of £4.00.
  • Free delivery is available on orders over £40.00.
  • Orders over £100 are shipped via Royal Mail.
  • If you require next‑day delivery, please contact us prior to ordering. Where possible, we will arrange a next‑day dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, seasonal demand, or unforeseen delays.

Refund & Returns Policy

Changed Your Mind?

No problem – you can return items by post.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is faulty.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
  • Sale items are exchange only unless faulty.

Online Returns

For online purchases, we offer refunds within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging

How to Return Your Items

Send your return using your preferred courier by following these simple steps:

  1. Repack the items securely
  2. Print and attach your return label
  3. Drop the parcel at your local post office or courier point
  4. Track your parcel
  5. Receive your refund once processed

Processing Times

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned items.
  • You will be notified once your refund has been completed.

Return Conditions

  • The parcel must include the items you are returning in their original condition, along with your delivery note and the completed returns section.
  • We do not offer free postal returns. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Delivery charges will be refunded for EU customers cancelling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, in line with your statutory consumer rights.
